The Challenge
Koster Keunen, a leading manufacturer, needed real-time visibility into production data across multiple manufacturing lines and departments. Their existing ERP system contained the information they needed, but accessing it was cumbersome — buried under many layers and far from the hands of the people who needed it most.

Our Approach
We worked closely with their operations team during a thorough discovery phase to understand exactly what data they needed, who needed it, where they needed it, and how they needed to interact with it. We then designed and built a custom visualization platform that pulls data from their existing ERP in real time.
The Solution
The platform provides interactive touchscreen dashboards deployed throughout the facility, displaying key production metrics, scheduling data, quality indicators, and operational status — all updated in real time. Managers and line workers can interact with the data directly, drilling down from high-level overviews to detailed specifics.
